Community Manager@itsYins, while I totally understand your reasoning behind checking for refund possibilities because you are currently unable to play, this shows that it has nothing to do with the game itself, but with the connection you are playing on; your University internet. It seems like your University internet is blocking the services of Battlefield 2042 and therefore you are unable to go online.
I am afraid that we are not able to help with refunds via the forums nor can we help with refunds of games that are bought via 3rd party resellers, like Steam in this case.
