Unable to connect to EA servers.

I’ve never had connectivity issues with this game since launch, but in the last 48 hours when attempting to play, i constantly get booted back to the loading screen and am shown an error message, always regarding connection to EA servers. 

I’ve dug through the many open threads regarding similar issues and tried all the relevant troubleshooting and “fixes” but have had no luck. 

I’m playing on a PS5. 
I’ve so far tried;

- Hard restart (Console and Router)

- Swapped between wireless and wired connection

- Changed DNS settings

Please help and find a fix for this, other games work on my console so I’m starting to think the issue can not be on my end.

    Hey @AgentBuddha123,

    This indeed doesn't sound like a pleasant playing experience.

    If you've never had any connection issues with the game since launch, but you suddenly experience them since the past few hours, it's very likely that your own connection to the servers is acting up and blocking you from playing the game.

    Do you maybe have other Battlefield games installed as well that you could give a try, to see if we can replicate the issue with other games?
  • @EA_Leeuw Hi, thanks for the response. I’ve reinstalled another BF title and I am getting the same issues. I do think now it’s my side. So I’m going to have sort it out with my ISP. Thanks.

    If these don't help, best thing you can do is indeed get in touch with your ISP.
