Unable to connect to EA servers despite having internet connection

Platform: Xbox series S I am unable to connect to EA servers even tho my internet connection is just fine, I tried other games that require internet and they also work but 2042 is not even letting m...

    @SkyL4Ncer21 I solved the issue myself already, i had to reset my XBOX console and just in case switched wifi.
    That has worked for me

When you say reset, do you mean reset to factory or reset and keep your info?

    Dunno but try to "complety shutdown" your console.
