Unable to connect to EA servers(xsx)

i can't play BT2042 by xsx. i tried everything i can do(DNS,reboot,reinstall) but every result was this picture(it said Unable to connect to EA servers) i also contact with EA by live chat.

but they failed to help me. the advisor said "There is no such error code on our end" if anyone know about this error code please help me. something weird is i can play titanfall2 multiplayer ONLY BT2042 has this problem.

i bought this game Dec 12th but i can't play it until now because of this issue.

please help me to solve this problem...

    Hi @plutonium219, 

    Have you tried changing the password on your EA Account to see if that helps? Sometimes that can make a difference with errors like this.
