Unable to connect to ea serves !!!!

Question

I just bout ps5 and a battlefield 2042 cd I install it but the game won't start am keep getting the same massage when I start the game error code 1:3300j: 1502I:468882297O :761623154B , I didn't even reach menu or anything.

I have a good Internet connection I tried different hotspots I restarted ps5 I remove and re install the game , i change the dns setting nothing works stll the same error.

Please help 🙏

Hey @6qfjl81fmv3p,Cheers for the post.Would you maybe be able to try to reset your EA account password and see if you can login again?You can do this by going to profile.ea.com &amp; log in there. On that pase you should be able to manually request a password reset. Once that is done, check if you get the same error on your console.

Thanks for the replayI actually didn't even get to the part where I&nbsp; login, the error happened on the start screen before the menu and before the login part.&nbsp;
