Unable to connect to games

Whenever I try to join servers, whether public, solo, or through the server browser, it connects and gives me the "waiting for other players" message and counts down. When the timer ends, and it would normally load into the game, the screen goes black and returns me to the lobby without any error messages or anything. This happens every time, and I would like to be able to play the game again. It happened suddenly after being able to play fine for a couple weeks. I believe it was caused by the EA app, as I am unable to join games on ANY of my EA games (BF2042, BF4, Battlefront 2). I have tried every method I have found online, and I cannot seem to get it to work.

Edit: I can get games occasionally, but it is completely random
