Unable to connect to hosted persistant server

Hello

I cant connect to the persistent server i have hosted. ( on another account this account can't connect)

The server have a very high ping,  and the account that have hosted it can't even connect, so i can restart the server..

How do i restart the server ??

    Imagine paying extra for persistent servers that we can't even get going. When we do the ping is ~240ms... unplayable.

    Black Screen issue is also far too frequent.
