Can anyone help me with this? EA Support said this was the only way to get this fixed.

Did you try to reinstall the game and clear local and cloud saves for the game?

Hi @EA_Atic
Yes, I went through this with the EA help agent. Once I reinstalled it and cleared any game data/saves, I opened it but had the same error.

@Puregravy Do you have another PS account that you could try to use to see if the same error is happening.
I assume the game is not installed on external drive?

@EA_Atic I don't have another PlayStation account. And I purchased this game digitally on my PS account so I can't play it on other accounts.
It is installed on the internal drive of the PS5. I did try to to move it to the M.2 SSS which I installed in the PS5 but I still get the same error.
