Yes, I went through this with the EA help agent. Once I reinstalled it and cleared any game data/saves, I opened it but had the same error.

4 years ago@Puregravy Do you have another PS account that you could try to use to see if the same error is happening.

@EA_Atic I don't have another PlayStation account. And I purchased this game digitally on my PS account so I can't play it on other accounts.
It is installed on the internal drive of the PS5. I did try to to move it to the M.2 SSS which I installed in the PS5 but I still get the same error.
