Unable to equiped the terminal acces skin for the m5a3 rifle

Summarize your bug After the end of the third mid season event, I unequiped the terminal acces skin for the m5a3. Now when want to put it again by selecting it in my inventory, the prompt to equip it does appear.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I did buy this skin singularly and not the whole pack. I tried to do the same manipulation (unequip and equip) with the dm7 skin from the first mid season event but the bug dosen't appear here. So it might be tied to this specific skin for the m5a3
What happens when the bug occurs? The prompt to equip the skin does not show up
What should be happening instead? The "Equip" prompt should be appearing on the screen
