Unable to launch Battlefield 2042 due to your awfule EAC

Question

As the title says, unable to launch Battlefield 2042 due to the EAC nonsense. You (EA) are also kindly blocking custemer support chat on a weekday, during working hours so I'm forced here.

EDIT : Actually after thinking on it, where can I get a refund for my 'EA Play Pro' as it was only bought for 2 games, 1 of which is completely inaccessible and you are refusing to offer acceptable support.

Temporarily disable any LED control apps and antivirus/antimalware software
Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
