Unable to load into game from ‘play screen’

Unable to load into the game from the All-Out War or Hazard Zone menus. Can click play, find a match, and get the 10 second timer, but after the timer I will get a black screen with the loading symbo...

I am on PC. My PC is well over the requirements aswell. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x, Radeon RX 5700XT 8GB, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz. If any of that helps. I have the latest drivers on everything, as well as the latest BIOS update, and Windows 11.

Thanks for the updates, everyone.

I am curious if this might actually be connection-related. It sounds like it could be timing out when it's trying to connect to a match, so I'd like to try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop this from happening.

When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issue after that please let me know.

  @EA_Kent i have this bug after every game i play. then i have to restart bf and then it works 1 game again. So i dont think there is internet problem. It is failing consistently. i have tried updating / repairing files and everything

  This is definitely not an internet issue. I am wired on university internet. I have a gaming laptop that I downloaded the game on and it ran just fine. It was on the same internet as my other PC, and I tried both wired and WiFi connection to see if it was an ethernet issue, which it wasn't.
  
  As an interesting side note. After the update went live last night at 2AM I loaded up battlefield to see if it was fixed. I queued into Hourglass and it loaded up just fine so I thought that the patch had fixed it. I played through the game and went to queue for another and I had the same error. I tried to queue again this morning and kept getting the same error until I queued into Hourglass again which loaded just fine. My gaming laptop though, will load me into any map.

  I'm running into the same issues, didn't have any issues until yesterday, and ran through all the basic connectivity troubleshooting without any luck. I hope this issue gets resolved so I can join my mates tomorrow. Do you have any idea what might be causing it?
