Unable to load into game from ‘play screen’

Unable to load into the game from the All-Out War or Hazard Zone menus. Can click play, find a match, and get the 10 second timer, but after the timer I will get a black screen with the loading symbo...

@EA_Kent Is there any word on this? I see a new thread popping up every day about this for PC, XBOX, and PS. I'm still unable to play - hoping to at least hear that this issue is being recognized and worked on.

  I live in japan and cant get into a game in the same way as the rest of these folks...but when i have my vpn on in the USA i was able to get into a game with no problems, just high ping

  @EA_Kent Ive been having the same issue since launch and I quit the game last week as it was a massive pain to have to shut the game down and relaunch after every match.
  
  Now as a last resort to rule out that its not my pc ive bought the game on my ps5 and same bloody issue. Ive even tried two different networks and the same happens, have you guys found a fix?
  
  If not how can I go about requesting a refund on the ps5 ?
