Unable to load library dbdata.dll error when launching the game

@Dubzaz Wanted to check if the game is still downloaded, or if the error continued after it was finished?

    Currently at 94% and the error still persists.


    Will update once finished.

    Feeling quite lost now as it seems no similar errors are posted on the internet besides Assassins Odyssey.
