As you may be able to see from this thread, several people are reporting that the issue suddenly has been resolved for them, without action from us or the player itself.
If it just got resolved out of the blue, and the player and we haven't changed anything, then it's most likely that the player's ISP performed maintenance, which fixed the problem (probably also what caused the problem in the first place).

@EA_LeeuwWell several people doesn't mean all players that already resolve the problem, I'm sure this are not the case from the ISP.
If only several people then the issue still there!
