Unable to load persistence data 125012S

I will begin with the fact that, yes I know there are already a million of these posts about the unable to load persistence data errors. However I have yet to see one with my error code and/or any scenarios that really match with my situation. 

I play Battlefield 2042 both on PS5 and PC and get the same error all the time when I try to play with friends (all of whom are on Xbox platform). I recently had a buddy of mine who played on xbox get the game for PC and we have been playing together with zero issues. Only now did I realize that if I try to start a game with my friend from xbox my game is no longer able to connect to any game server because I just get the same error as the title says. 

I usually have to play around with my network settings and try the DNS settings, disable/enable IPV6 on my router, reboot my router, switch to using my phones hotspot (both with and without a VPN connected), and rebooting my PC/PS5, and anything else I can think to try. Eventually I'll be able to connect to a game after about 20-20 minutes of fiddling with any and all settings I can think of. Most of the time switching to my phones hotspot being the solution. 

If anyone else has had similar issues or knows of a relevant fix then please drop it down below, otherwise this topic is really just a "Hey your game is still horrendously broken and this issue that's been here since launch, is still here." kind of reminder for EA.

Edit: I want to note that I have been playing the custom Portal modes with my friends. I also found a potential fix. I took down the server I was hosting and restarted the game without my friends in the BF party and was able to load in without issue. I will update again if this is a legitimate resolution to my issue. 

Edit 2: I have definitely narrowed it down to only happening to me when I have a player from another platform in my party and I try to join a game, or also when I try to join a cross platform players party and it pulls me into a server.. After I get this error once I will not be able to join any server at all. I will have to just wait usually about 30 minutes or more until I can join a game again. I still have not found a way to get the error to resolve faster than just waiting 30 minutes.
