Summarize your bug A message box was displayed when trying to connect to EA online services. The message instructed me to reset my password but I do not have access to the email that was previously associated with me account. I updated and verified my new email, and reset my password but the message box still persists when trying to log in. Upon closing the Message Box I receive an error notification stating "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. Error Code: 1:4688822970: 15021: -7A

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the Battlefield 2042 application on the playstation 5 platform.
What happens when the bug occurs? An attempt to connect to online services is conducted, a reset your password message box is displayed, and an error message is displayed when the message box is closed
What should be happening instead? End User should be able to connect to online services and begin playing the game
