Unable to play pre-ordered game after playing the free trial

Happened to me too on xbox series x. I phoned Microsoft support and they removed the trial status from my game so all good now.

I'm having the same problem too. It's a day after the release and it still says "your 10-hour trial has ended" but I pre ordered the game. So yea, I'm confused as well. I done pre ordered it before the beta and cant even play.

We are unable to cancel pre-ordered through PlayStation or Microsoft as it's through their billing system which we do not have access to.

Can you try deleting any trace of the game from your console and try adding your full version of the game to your download queue via the PlayStation app or browser when you log in?

  @EA_Blueberry Yep, uninstalled everything, after re install only offers me the trial to play, not full game (series x)..
