We've been asking for this here (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Allow-us-to-rebind-quot-toggle-scope-quot-key-currently-hard/td-p/10972322/jump-to/first-unread-message)
for months.

it also is the same option for the SOFLAM zoom, so it really needs to be fixed.
