Unable to record BF2042 gameplay with th Nvidia overlay

Each time that I try to ask it to record , nothing happens. Is some element of BF2042 blocking overlays and recording from working normally? It works fine in BFV

I'm having this same issue still and it's very clear you will not get an swer from EA or Nvidia on this. Also if your overlay works with every game but this  is a EA PROBLEM as it is for me. All my other games work with the overlay but this one. Don't let EA lie like they did when they fraudulently sold you and I this trash fire of a unfinished incomplete game.
