Summarize your bug Got stuck in a downed state, unable to be revived and unable to respawn. Only option is to exit the server and return to title screen

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take damage and enter downed state
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to be revived and unable to respawn
What should be happening instead? Should be able to be revived or respawn
I’ve come across this bug a couple of times and it’s so annoying to have to exit the server whilst in the middle of a game because I can’t be revived or respawn.
This is still an issue on PS5 even after update.
