Unable to respawn or be revived after being downed

i seem to able to replicate it, its to do with spawn in,  not the death itself.  

When you spawn into a contested site, you are unable to change stance from standing/crouch.  you also dont sprint. 

squad mates see me as actually anchored.  ie  you knees below are under teh ground.   upon death u get the death bug.

I think the issue is spawning,  rather than spawn you on top of the terrain, you spawn just under which causes the start of the bug leading to revive bug.
