I am going to start off and say I am getting very FRUSTRATED by this bug!!!
I am playing with team mates and when downed you cannot be revived or abort the revive timer... INFACT there are no timer!!
The only option is to leave the game and try to rejoin..... When I try to rejoin that is bugged too!!! I have to rejoin the party i am in already and it makes me wait in queue after a couple of seconds of loading the map eventually it kicks me back to the main menu and says waiting for party leader to select a game mode?! He is in the freaking match WTF! Come on guys get your act together and fix the freaking game.
