Thanks for the DXDIAG. Here are some ideas:
- Plug in only 1 monitor while troubleshooting.
- Make sure your Windows display and in-game video settings (including refresh rate) match your monitor's native resolution.
- Check out the issues listed at the bottom of the DXDIAG report. It looks like a few different things going on. It looks like you have a suspect Steel Series keyboard/mouse software issue, for example.
Oddly enough, I cannot find an LG GSM7768 anywhere on-line. Not sure what that's about.
