Others of us are having problems where we have completed mastery challenges, but have not been able to equip the associated attachments afterwards. I think the bug may stem from the same issue since the challenge meter is showing completed in everyone’s case, but the reward is not equippable in all cases as well. Talking to an EA help representative named Bruce trying to get all of our posts recognized together in one thread so we can get some traction on this.
Still unable to use, unlocked when the game first released, but playing today and yesterday, still can't use them..............
