Unable to Update

I cant update my game, have tried restarting wifi and making sure my PC is connected to the wifi.  Can tap on update button multiple time and it might show up in download manager but not do anything.  I don't know what to do, does any one have an answer?

    I had the same problem on the EA app. Swapped to the Origin app instead and it worked fine after that. However, I had to repair the game in the Origin app before being able to play due to black screen.
