How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ive tried playing more, uninstalled & re-installed the game, bought game on ps4 too to see if it would work there but still don't, tried installing & trying game on another computer but still same issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? Since day 1 of the season 1 i have not been able to play with or use the RAH-68 HURON & YG-99 HANNIBAL in game al all.

Since day 1 of the season 1 i have not been able to play with or use the RAH-68 HURON & YG-99 HANNIBAL in game al all, i have maxed the battlepass to level100 & still can't use them, in the game menu it shows i've unlocked them & can customize them but when i load into a round/game they do not show in vehicle section so can't use them.
i have contacted EA customer service over 10 times now all saying they can't fix it and only battlefields dev/game team can, i have also uninstalled & re-installed the game still not working, i tried installing game on another computer still same issue, i bought game on ps4 to see if it works there but still same issue.
i can't believe this has been going on so long (2-3months now) since day 1 of the season pass and im now level 100 of the pass and still can't use them yet i have maxed out every other weapon and 90% of vehicles, & 80% of operators too yet sill can't use the 2 new RAH-68 HURON & YG-99 HANNIBAL helicopters.
apparently there is something wrong with my account EA/DICE's side and its not syncing properly
i am also uploading some of the pictures i have sent to ea customer service to show what i mean (older pictures now as i have since completed the season pass and ranked higher).
please help, thank you.
