Underbarrel GL ammo count reduced to 1 from 3 after Season 6 update

I can see 3 ammo slots for the sfar underbarrel. New spawn and refilling from an ammo crate only gives 1 total. Why do they continue to break the game? The maps are too large for a single underbarrel shell.
