    Battlefield 2042 - All Platforms - Hotfix #5.1.1


    Next week, we'll be releasing Update #5.1.1 for players on all platforms.

    This small server-side hotfix will require no downtime. You may need to restart your game in order to benefit from these changes.

    Stay tuned to @BattlefieldComm for the exact timings on when this update takes place.

    Changelog:

    • Resolved an issue that was introduced in Update #5.1.0 which resulted in Uniform Soldier Aiming not functioning as intended whilst Aiming Down Sights.

Summarize your bug After today's update, my ads sensitivity went up for some reason. I usually play on 50 sensitivity, and 30 ADS sensitivity, wich helps me track enemies better. Now the ADS sensitivity feels more like 70, and it won't adjust when I put it back to 30 or anything else. Just all over the place.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just log into a match and play whatever gamemode and the ADS sens is already wrong from the beginning.
What happens when the bug occurs? I just can't ADS and lock onto an enemy because I'm not used to such a high sensitivity when I ADS. I use 30, wich makes it that I can better track enemies. The bug makes it that the ADS sens feels like 70.
What should be happening instead? Adjust, like it should be

    There is a general problem with uniform soldier aiming, no matter if the option is turned on or off, in-game it is always on by default and using sensitivity slider doesn't work

    @2cc6925955cc894a Having the same issue on PS5. Ridiculous really. And how our settings reset every update is beyond a joke as well.

    HURRY UP AND FIX THIS CANT PLAY WELL WITH A CONTROLLER TO BEGIN WITH LET ALONE ADS FEELING LIKE ITS 999. Jesus EA step the f up

    I cant enjoy the game anymore since the last update because of how it feels to aim on controller now. This needs to be fixed asap.
