sounds to me like you're having connectivity issues. Take a look at this.

Hi Darth FDG,
I've checked my internet and its been a fairly consistent connection of 500+ mbps download speed and 70+ mbps upload speed.
I also keep my VPN off. My buddies arent having any issues on their computer or Xbox while we are on the same server.

  There's more to those troubleshooting articles than connection speed and VPN.
  
  Your buddies' ability to connect to the same server with the same game underscores the fact that you have an issue specific to your connection/configuration.
