I'm getting an empty server in Portal when I turn Cross Play off and join a match, playing on PC. With Cross Play on I don't have the issue. I also see the Error 2:2600J when I have cross play off, so I'm sure that's a factor as well.
Anyone else seen this and come up with a solution?

You are totally right, it work only with crossplay on, if i disable crossplay i have the error 2:2600j and can't matchmaking

I had this issue aswell, i could play fine yesterday, then i restarted and got the error.
A few min after I got the error the game crashed.
But now when I turned ON Crossplay, i get no error and the game seems to work. Hope this can fix it for you too.
I run on PC.
edit; Nevermind. Now the game just crashes.
