US jet repair tool not shown in the menu

Summarize your bug The repair tool for US jets is not shown in the loadout menu. This makes it impossible to equip it. I know that it exists because I earned it. But can not use it because I can not equip it because it is not shown in the menu (see my screenshot). This happens on both, PC and PS5.

What happens when the bug occurs? The repair tool is not shown
What should be happening instead? The repair tool should be shown and I should be able to equip it

The repair tool for US jets is not shown in the loadout menu. This makes it impossible to equip it. I know that it exists because I earned it. But can not use it because I can not equip it because it is not shown in the menu (see my screenshot). This happens on both of my platforms, PC and PS5.
