VCAR "Level 47 Required" text still appears after unlocking, overlaps other text

What happens when the bug occurs? The "Level 47 Required" text still appears.
What should be happening instead? The "Level 47 Required" text shouldn't appear after you reach level 47.

As you can see from the VCAR weapon description page, the "Level 47 Required" symbol still remains (near the center-bottom left) even after unlocking it. It gets overlapped by the Customize/Equip text.
