Vehicle cannot unlock equipment

My F35-E panther had reached the Mastery 2 and achieved 60/60 “Vehicles Destroyed with the F35-E Panther” as the F35-E 30mm Cannon required, but the equipment still being locked and not allowed to change the F35-E cannon from 25mm Cannon to the 30mm.

Same situation occurred at my NTW-50 attachments, which my NTW-50 reached the Mastery 5 and achieved 150/150 “Kills and Vehicles Destroyed with the NTW-50” as the SDB 10X scope required, but it still being locked
