Vehicle Customisation Resets after every Loadout Selection Bug

Summarize your bug All vehicle customisation selections reset back to default every time the “can’t select load outs and gadgets” bug happens in multiplayer.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter a multiplayer match, 50%-100% of the time the loadout screen will not let player select load out or gadgets. When this happens, go to vehicle customisation and you will find that all your preselected vehicle options have reverted back to default and you will need to select your preferences again.
What happens when the bug occurs? All my preselected vehicle customisation selections revert back to default
What should be happening instead? Should be keeping my selected customisation options as they are and not resetting to default.

This problem has been happening on the majority of matches since early access launch. 
This issue is almost game breaking as far as I’m concerned. I do not want to play when this occurs.
As you would be aware, loadout selection is a crucial part of battlefield and not having it work is unacceptable.
I have purchased the top tier ultimate edition of the game and expect something as crucial as loadout selection to work.

    I have the same problem on PS5.

    Also the specialists customisations get reset to defaults. I’ve seen it happen on random weapons too.


    This is absolutely ridiculous.

    For Ultimate edition haha, good point. I got it too. And boy let me tell you, I feel the same exact way. I don’t feel like playing when my load out isn’t equipped in my night bird. It’s a buzz kill because that hype

    music and recognition to go into a battle (game starting) is certainly a psychological pump you feel but when you don’t have that auto repair or the cannons on as per last load out after deploying, boy do I want to throw my data drive like a frisbee to the yonder. Unnecessary but also a reseted load out unacceptable.

    reseting all my customization for vehicles and specialists

    Same issue, happening random, sometimes after restart game, sometimes after 3 rounds, sometimes after 10 rounds, sometimes everything, sometimes vehicles only, sometimes part vehicles, part weapons.. did y'all know, you can report bots like they are "REAL SPECIALISTS". C. McDonald got a copy strike.

    • @suspendedlightbeen complaining about this since day 1. Hardly even play 2042 for this soul reason. Only happens to me on next Gen so I play ps4 version mainly. Btw the 64v64 is COMPLETELY unbalanced considering its either 20 players have a stinger or none. Cant even flurking in game chat to coodernate with the squads. Brilliant half arsed work. Graphics are great though

    This has happened to me 4-6 times now. Each time it happens a part of me dies.
