Summarize your bug The game does not allow multiple button mapping. Meaning that you cannot map L1 + R1 for Vehicle Drop Tablet in game. Mapping any of the L1, L2, R1. R2 buttons will cause the L1 + R1 Vehicle Drop Tablet button combo to become invalid meaning you sacrifice the ability to press L1 + R1 for Vehicle Drop Tablet. For example if I were to swap Up (Grenade) with R1 (Ping) I would then lose the L1 + R1 button configuration for the Vehicle Drop Tablet which then means I would have to sacrifice a button to enable the Tablet. Allowing multiple button combos such as L1 + R1, L1 + Square, R1 + Triangle etc would solve this issue and may also help people with preferences for playing styles.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To test this issue simply change the L1 or R1 button mapping in the custom controller mapping section of the options menu and then attempt to use the Vehicle Drop Tablet in game. You will find that despite the game still displaying “L1 + R1 for Vehicle Drop Tablet” nothing will happen upon pressing these two buttons simultaneously.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you alter the L1 + R1 buttons on controller configuration, regardless of altering the L1 + R1 button config you lose the ability to use the Item Tablet despite the game still saying “L1 + R1 for Vehicle Drop Tablet”
What should be happening instead? We should be able to use L1 + R1 as single button presses without compromising the L1 + R1 Vehicle Drop Tablet configuration.
To test this issue simply change the L1 or R1 button mapping in the custom controller mapping section of the options menu and then attempt to use the Vehicle Drop Tablet in game.
You will find that despite the game still displaying “L1 + R1 for Vehicle Drop Tablet” nothing will happen upon pressing these two buttons simultaneously.
