vehicle menu not loading

hey

now its been round about 2 weeks since i am having this kind of problem.

Now, everytime i join a new round and i enter the vehicle spawn menu for the first time, it does not load. 

Instead, i get a freeze for let it be 2 seconds.

Ik, it is not a big problem, but i cant join in the round with the nightbird in the first place, instead i have to wait till someone dies with its attack helicopter to be able to enter the round with a vehicle ( because someone picks it first )

any idea how to fix that?
