Vehicle Spawn Bug when Spam-Clicking Spawn and Teammate Takes Vehicle

Summarize your bug Unable to spawn in jet again for rest of match if spam clicking the icon and someone else gets it. Bug may also be present across other highly sought after vehicles in low vehicle slot maps and across gamemodes/maps
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play hourglass as Russians > Lose first sector > have two Russian teammates spam click the jet spawn for the second sector while the attack plane slot says 0/0
What happens when the bug occurs? One of the players are able to hop in the jet just fine while the other player does not get in a jet but the server/game thinks he is also in the jet and displays an "in play" text above the jet spawn icon and there will also be a play button icon overlayed the jet. The second player without the jet is also placed on a vehicle spawn cooldown for 2 minutes and is unable to spawn into the jet the rest of the game
What should be happening instead? One player should be able to get in the jet while the other player who did not get the jet IS NOT placed on cooldown and should be able to get into the jet the next time it spawns
I was playing on Russian side and the Americans cleared the first two objectives and pushed us out of the sector. The next sector was going to unlock in 40 seconds and I wanted to play the jet so I started spamming the jet button. However, someone else got it and I was put on a 2 minute cooldown for all vehicles even though I did not get it. It also said my vehicle was "in play" above the jet icon in the vehicle screen and there was also a play button icon over the jet even though I was not in the jet. When the person in the jet crashed and the cooldown was over, the "in play" text and icon persisted and I was unable to get in a jet. When the next sector opened up and there was an additional attack plane slot open, I was still unable to get in a jet.
