"Voice Chat Active" pop-up Constantly

Summarize your bug Since the new update (1.2) and the fix to address loadout saving was implemented, I'm constantly getting the "Squad Voice Chat Enabled" pop-up in the top-right of my screen. I have Voice Chat turned off in my settings. I tried turning it on and off again to see if that would fix it, but it popped up again at the end of a multiplayer round.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have voice chat disabled in the menus. Launch the game and connect to a server. You will more than likely see the pop-up before and after the round.
What happens when the bug occurs? A banner appears telling me that voice chat is enabled, even though I have it disabled in the options.
What should be happening instead? I should not be nagged about voice chat channels unless I have voice chat enabled.
