VOIP not working for me but I can hear others in game? (HELP)

So VOIP seems to be working for others in the game/squad but no one can hear me. Everything is at default and I have:
Enabled Voice Chat

Microphone Mode: Push to talk

Push to Talk Binding: Default (L-Alt)

Microphone in use is Default Microphone in Windows Settings. Can anyone help please?

@CowEater87 check if apps got acces to your MIC

Strange I haven't seen at work yet since the update was released on PS4 nothing... And I use all Sony PS4 equipment. I also have three systems with all the same headset up and they all none of them work. It's the game it's broke
