Weapon Attachments Loadout Not as per previous game, No Breakthrough Access

Summarize your bug First bug: is when I joined into a game using the weapon class I set out out, all the attachments for my gun were unavailable. The gun was standard as you got it when first unlocked. When I died, I was able to go back in and reattach the attachments for scope, ammo, underbarrel attachments and barrel type. This took some time as I had to remember what was happening so lost out on some play time. Second Bug: I was only able to get access to play one game of Breakthrough. All further attempts throughout the night saw me sit in aa que with player screen changing to load the game, then hanging there for other players to join, other players joined, they seemed not to be able to get into the match either so they left, the waiting to entre game screen would then go back to the home screen, change map and go again. The cycle kept repeating itself all night. I was able to get in and play in conquest, but it was not the mode I wanted to play as there are not many players in there and I am running around for ages trying to find someone.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to play breakthrough on Xbox one and see if you can play one or more games consecutively. See if your loadout with attachments plays through.
What happens when the bug occurs? As above
What should be happening instead? Should be able to join a game of breakthrough and keep following onto subsequent games as each one finishes. Guns should start with the last attachment loadout as per the last time the weapon was used.
