Weapon Attachments Not Unlocking After 100% Progression

Dear Players and All,

  I am currently having issues with my weapons attachments not unlocking even after completing the mastery and kills required. This is happened to a few of my weapons already. This one is now the Ghostmaker R10. I have achieved over 300 plus kills to unlock the Explosive Bolt, but yet it is still currently locked and unable to equip. So what is the issue? I am currently playing on my Xbox Series X.

    @EA_Atic I got a responce from ea support on the same issue along with some badges/tags being re set and not progressing.

    All they said was

    " We have received similar reports from other players and these are current known issues. Our game team are aware of it and are currently investigating these issues.

    Meantime, as a workaround for weapons not unlocking, reaching next mastery level in multiplayer will push through unlocks.

    However, the progress reset on attachments, gadgets, vehicles, badges, weapons, specialist in the game is still being investigated, we are unable to help with an instant fix at this time unfortunately. We hope there would be a resolution soon. We regret the inconvenience"

    Hi @xxHighTech, recommend reaching out to support again on Chat or reach out to them on Facebook and Twitter. They have the ability to sort out any missing unlocks.

    @Thehlyone, Same as above try reaching out to them on Facebook and Twitter.

    So basically same reply as before ( had high hopes from them when they sent me a code i had to confirm so that they can access my account) but alas nothing done! Is there anything you can do to help me out?
