I am passed the kills required for multiple unlocks on multiple guns and the did not unlock the attachment. For example the laser sight for the first shotgun is the first attachment unlocked yet I have over 300 kills with the gun and have every other attachment unlocked.

DICE TeamEA Support doesn't seem to answer I've tried facebook and i just recently tried to tweet them. So whats the deal? everything points back to EA Help.
Ive been in contact with support but they say that they know of the issue with random accounts that have the Equipment bug where you unlock but can not equip. But there are no Fix for it at the moment... is that really the case? Anyone
ok so i am have the problem to with the weapons not updating i just want to know when is it going to be fixed i like playing the game but its a bummer when the weapons do not update when i first started the game it did update for a little bit but now 66hour late no EA PLEASE HELP
Same as above people. But not only these guns, most gun are bugged in my account. And everytime I launch the game it treat it as first launch and reset all setting play the annoying tutorial again . Then reset my setting again everytime I join a game .
How can EA you release this new season with so much game-breaking bugs and glitches , but try to calm us down with a few new guns

Had same problem with new LMG, kept playing and randomly unlocked as if I just got the requirements I been had.
Same issue. I have tried using the Apache attack helicopter after missing 3 unlocks for it in an attempt to brute force them unlocked, but to no luck. In portal matches, All out Warfare matches, and everything in between, checking in each time I get to the next mastery level. I tried talking with EA Support back when I was level 94 and first they looked into it, then they told me to be patient as it was a known bug that was in the process of being patched at DICE and that there was nothing that they could for the time being. Hopefully it does get fixed soon, but part of me doubts it will. I do not find many people with the same issue, but who knows, maybe we will get lucky. Been having this issue since the month of launch. Currently level S012 and my helicopter is at mastery level 12. 3 important unlocks still unusable ☹️
