Weapon mastery not increasing kills not counted towards it. stuck

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? weapons
Please select your region Europe
On which server did this happen? all of them
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) all the time
Summarize your bug weapon mastery is not increasing and kills are not counted which means i cannot unlock any attachments. the main weapon that I play is SVK and its stuck on mastery 1 30/30 kills and nothing unlocks says i have total 60 kills but i keep killing other players and the count is not affected.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? weapons section
What happens when the bug occurs? MASTERY RANK NOT INCREASING
What should be happening instead? mastery level should increase with the kills

    @ifreerunuk I have the same issue with my specialist progression. its been stuck at mastery 37 with 50/50 points and wont advance to mastery 38 no matter how many points i earn towards it. i think they broke something when they removed the weekly objective.

    I'm having the same issue as well, on Steam-PC.  My DM-7 rifle is stuck at 150 kills but the level advancement from 120 kills still hasn't registered either. 

    I tried everything from restarting my game, computer, validating files, deleting the game and redownloading, then revalidating the files even after that.

    I seem to be stuck, and this EA help website itself is less help than what they had when I was able to speak to a live support person.

    Same issue on PC with Weapon and Specialist mastery. Edit: It's even worse. It was locked at 650/2000 Paik before I logged off last night, now it is at 600.

    My PP-29 is stuck on 972 kills even though I can clearly track kills on the stats tracker site which shows 1259 kills and counting. Can't get my T1 badge and skin :/

    lo mismo me pasa a mi con la escopeta 870 esta en 693 y por mas que mate no me suman!! Mismo bug con la caja de municiones!!

    Same issue here... Mastery 12 T3 21/20 and then I restarted my game... Now I am permanently at 0/20 no matter how many people I kill YIPPEEE (172 kills after it happening)
