Weapon recoil/spray impossible to control for controller players

Summarize your bug The recoil and spray pattern are heavy and random on most auto guns. Most auto guns can't be used because there recoil is insane and impossible to control I find myself avoiding smgs entirely and using assault rifles as smgs. As a controller player it is impossible to get any kills before getting beamed by a PC player. This is not even mentioning the terrible hit-reg.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Legit play on any crossplay server with either xbox or ps5 controller and see how fun it is. Trust me it's not
What happens when the bug occurs? Lose every gunfight from any range
What should be happening instead? Better aim assist, less random recoil and better controllable recoil for controllers
The game is suffering because of this lack of aim assist and terrible bloom. I want it to be fun and do well but this just maks it rage inducing.
