    This is normal.  All Mastery is capped at Level 12 in Solo/Co-op.  This is to prevent everyone from just farming bots for Tier 1. After level 12, you have to play AOW against real players to grind the rest of it.

Really strange considering they stated how you can unlock stuff no matter the mode. Almost feels like false advertising if they really are just stopping it there for anyone with shoddy internet while saying solo players will get the same experience.

It is supposed to be temporary while they find an answer to the Xp farm problem. But yes, this is bull$hit because this cap is for Portal and All-Out solo. I can understand they have to deal with Portal, but why XP is capped in All-Out ? All-out is official server where xp farm isn’t possible, but there is an XP cap, no mastery, no Ribbons, no player card unlock, whereas they indeed said that you’ll be able to unlock every cosmetics, level, attachements, and content on any mode. I really really hope they won’t screw people with Battle Pass and you’ll be able to earn xp at a normal rate in solo All-Out at least.
