Same here. I completed the weekly mission which rewarded the Grim Reaper skin for the MI-240 SUPER HIND Helicopter. The completed mission vanished from the character select screen. However, the reward is sitting in my inventory but is locked. This is the first time ever that this has happened to me. This game is getting more and more irritating and frustrating day by day.
Tried to submit screen shots, but files are too big. Sorry
@Whitefeather01 Please inform me if you hear anything back on a solution. I agree with you there. It really irritated me and began a further ball of frustration when I saw I could not equip it no more. Imagine, being a seasoned vet, a completionist, a pack rat, ultimate edition and pre ordered buyer, getting one skin snatched after getting it awarded, then come to find out their word mentioned we won't be affected and we really were? What is this?

Okay so, EA help explained that the game team, whoever they are remove the Grim Reaper and the weekly objective for now. the weekly mission that should be active now has been pushed back until the following week. Below is the portion of my chat which has the info. There is also a link for Twitter where they provide information about updates and such.
