weekly mission Hostile takedown not registering the takedown

@rudeboybro All the other takedowns Ive done have been while enemy standing. In those situations the takedown animation runs and enemy is "DOWNED", but their HP below their gamer tag is at whatever it was during takedown and are still alive and kills not logged. Ive done 2 prone takedowns and both logged kills and tags collected
