What are these icons? How can I fix?

Since loading BF2042 I've received these error icons on the top left of my screen. I assume they are related to connection issues or something similar but I was wondering what they are and what would be causing them. For info I am able to run the game very well apart from this main issue I am experiencing. I receive these error icons in any server I am on, regardless of the server's latency. I also experience them on single player conquest/breakthrough. They cause stuttering and small performance complications which are noticeable to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.
