It may be packet loss or low fps based off past icons they used. I assumed it was packet loss when I saw it.
After I did some more research, I read where some devs said it was packet loss. Since I last post this I was able to use an fps overlay and my fps isn't optimal by any means in 120 player conquest averaging 30fps or lower. I am on a laptop albeit a gaming one, but it still gets really really hot. I play using a wireless connection to a wifi extender which is probably the reason I am seeing the yellow rectangles and experiencing rubber banding. Thanks for your input.
